Allan Best

Allan is the only original society member still actively involved. He has controlled the funds of the Society like a man with ‘short arms and long pockets’. He tries to resign at every AGM but never complies with the rules (which change to suit the occasion), so his resignation is always nullified! He is an avid exhibitor and has gained three gold pin awards. His fishy interests are Corydoras and Brochis. He also supports the miniature furnished aquaria classes at most shows.
